የግል መረጃ ጥበቃ

1. መግቢያ

የሐረር ገበያ (Harar Gebeya) ተጠቃሚዎችን ግላዊነት የመጠበቅ ኃላፊነት አለበት። ይህ ፖሊሲ በአፑ ውስጥ የምንሰበስባቸውን መረጃዎች እና እንዴት እንደምንጠቀምባቸው ይገልጻል።

2. የምንሰበስባቸው መረጃዎች

  • መሰረታዊ መረጃ: ስም፣ ኢሜይል፣ ስልክ ቁጥር እና የጾታ መረጃ።
  • የፕሮፋይል እና ምርት ምስሎች: ተጠቃሚው ለራሱ መለያ ወይም ለገበያ ለሚያቀርባቸው ምርቶች የሚጠቀምባቸው ምስሎች።
  • መገኛ (Location): ተጠቃሚው ምርቱን የት እንደሚገኝ ለመግለጽ የሚሰጠው መረጃ።
  • የመሣሪያ መለያ (FCM Token): ፈጣን ማሳወቂያዎችን (Notifications) ለመላክ።
  • የሂሳብ መረጃ (Van Assets): በአፑ ውስጥ የሚደረጉ የማስታወቂያ አገልግሎት ክፍያዎችን ለመቆጣጠር።

3. አጠቃቀም

መረጃዎችዎ ለሚከተሉት ዓላማዎች ብቻ ይውላሉ፦

  • ተጠቃሚዎችን ለመለየት እና ደህንነቱ የተጠበቀ የንግድ መድረክ ለመፍጠር።
  • በገዢ እና በሻጭ መካከል ቀጥተኛ ግንኙነት እንዲኖር ለማመቻቸት።
  • ጠቃሚ ማሳወቂያዎችን እና የግዢ/ሽያጭ መረጃዎችን ለማድረስ።
  • የአገልግሎታችንን ጥራት ለማሻሻል እና ችግሮችን ለመፍታት።

መረጃዎ ለሶስተኛ ወገን በጭራሽ አይሸጥም ወይም አይተላለፍም።

4. መረጃን መሰረዝ

ተጠቃሚዎች የራሳቸውን መረጃ፣ የለጠፉትን ማስታወቂያ ወይም ሙሉ አካውንታቸውን በማንኛውም ጊዜ የመሰረዝ መብት አላቸው። አካውንትን በቋሚነት ለመሰረዝ በሴቲንግ ውስጥ "Delete Account" የሚለውን አማራጭ መጠቀም ይቻላል።

  • Profile & Product Images: Images uploaded for user profile or product listings.
  • Location: Information provided by the user to specify product availability.
  • Device Identifier (FCM Token): Used for sending push notifications.
  • Account Balance (Van Assets): To manage advertising service payments.

3. Data Usage

Your data is used solely for the following purposes:

  • To identify users and maintain a secure trading environment.
  • To facilitate direct communication between buyers and sellers.
  • To deliver important notifications and trade updates.
  • To improve service quality and resolve technical issues.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

4. Data Deletion

Users have the right to delete their listings or their entire account at any time. To permanently delete your account, use the "Delete Account" option in settings.
